Defined as non-students, non-faculty, and non-staff, including contract workers.

The use of the designated public forum may be requested for up to a four-hour time block between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. during the academic year, and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. during the summer if the space is available and it is not during an exclusion period. Assemblies lasting more than 4 hours in a one-day period, and assemblies between the hours of 9:00 p.m.(academic year)/4p.m.(summer) and 8:00 a.m. are prohibited;

Defined as any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation, chewing or any other method; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.
