Music BA students choose from different specialized tracks, as well as explore areas of preprofessional study, minors, and certificate programs.
Scholarships
As part of our commitment to accessibility, all entering music students are automatically considered for renewable, partial-tuition department scholarships.
Private Lessons
Individualized study is at the heart of what we do. Music majors receive free private lessons with experienced faculty and coaching with a collaborative pianist.

Our department welcomes all members of the Geneseo community to join our many ensembles ranging from orchestra, to wind ensemble, jazz ensemble, choral ensembles, string band and more! We also offer free, private and small group lessons to all students.
