- Executive Board Positions

President
Facilitates and manages the brothers as well as meetings and events; organizes and updates all available resources; completes detailed forms, reports, and future plans.
Vice President of Administration
Supports and assists the President; serves as a valuable resource for the brothers when dealing with various conflicts and concerns; updates and completes detailed future plans. Organizes an end-of-the-semester banquet for all current and past members.
Vice President of Membership
Records and updates the brothers’ and the pledges’ information and status within the roster and the family lines; oversees and assists Recruitment, the Pledge Educator, and the Assistant Pledge Educator on the Pledge Education Committee; assigns and supervises the mentors’ and the bigs’ interactions and responsibilities.
Vice President of Finance
Calculates, approves, and reports the future budget plans, researches, determines, and collects the dues or payment plans for the semester; informs the Vice President of Membership of the brothers' status.
Vice President of Alumni & External Relations
Connects and fosters relationships with other chapters and the alumni; updates and maintains the family lines and the alumni’s information; records events through photography.
Vice President of Rituals
Researches, plans, practices, and executes the rituals in reserved facilities and predetermined dates; organizes and maintains the rituals’ resources and materials.
Marketing
Manages all promotional materials for the fraternity, while updating social profiles with executive board and chair positions to design promotional materials for all occasions.
Human Resources & Risk Management
Mediates and resolves interpersonal conflict and concerns; mitigates and controls potential jeopardizing risks and violations; collaborates with Brotherhood to ensure safety at events.
Secretary
Reserves and provides the facilities for meetings; records attendance and minutes for the brothers at meetings and events.
Chief Diversity Officer
Collaborates with Title IX to receive training; coordinates and executes diversity, equity, inclusivity, and community engagement events as a trained diversity, equity, inclusivity, and community engagement facilitator; connects with executive board and chair positions as well as multicultural extracurricular activities to organize events; mediates inclusivity or bias-related conflicts and concerns; supervises Marketing’s promotional materials; provides diversity, equity, inclusivity, and community engagement resources.

Pledge Educator
Designs the course syllabus for our new semester's recruits; educates and guides the pledges over the course of the process, bringing them closer with one another and the brothers of our organization; fosters ideals of Brotherhood, Integrity, Service, Unity, and Knowledge.
Assistant Pledge Educator
Assists and shadows the Pledge Educator; observes and engages in pledge classes and events; outlines and submits future pledge schedules and syllabus.
Recruitment Chairs
Designs and coordinates all aspects of Recruitment Week; collaborates with Marketing to promote the rush schedule and all events being held.
Fundraising Committee
Utilizes fun and creative ideas to raise money for our chapter; works with marketing to promote events; partners with community service to provide philanthropy events.
Professional Development
Arranges and executes professional development events utilizing school-provided resources.
Human Resources Chairs
Assists the executive board position with mediation and mitigation during and prior to conflicts that could jeopardize the integrity of our organization; posts monthly polls to award a "brother of the month" to acknowledge the individual's achievements for our organization.
Community Service Chairs
Plans and facilitates community service and philanthropy events.
Brotherhood Chairs
Organizes and executes social events for its members and Geneseo campus community.
