Who can participate in the recruitment process?
Anyone can participate in Alpha Kappa Psi’s recruitment process! We are open to all years, majors, and gender expressions.
How does the recruitment process work?
Potential new members will be evaluated on the following three topics covered during the recruitment process.
- Resumes/ resume building
- Connections: Potential new members must attend at least three recruitment events
- Professionalism: Potential new members must conduct themselves in a semi-professional manner throughout the recruitment process
What does pledging look like?
It is a six week process where you will learn about the history and founding of Alpha Kappa Psi. During the six weeks, you will improve upon interviewing skills, public speaking, resume building, and overall professional development to better yourself as a rising professional leader.
