- •Undergraduate researchers working with Dr.
Pogozelski in the Engineering Physics Lab will focus on a target chamber
detector manipulator system (see image below) that will be used to
locate charge particle detectors in the 30R accelerator beam line. The
work may include programming in LabVIEW.
- •The student researchers will also use 3D printers
to construct prototype parts for various projects related to the
accelerator lab.
- •Student researches will also write computer code
using multiple languages (C, Python, Javascript, HTML) for Raspberry Pi
and Arduino computers.
- •Prior experience with hardware and software-based
projects is desirable, but not required.
