Full Team Practice:

Tuesday - Friday (Subject to Change), 5:00 - 7:00 PM, Onondaga Field

Spring Semester:

Pre-Season Conditioning: 4 times a week on the Track above the ice arena 

Saturdays, time TBD in the Kuhl gym 

Monday-Friday, 5:00pm-7:00pm, Onondaga Field
