Sapphire Winterguard

Winterguard is a student-run competitive color guard team.

Winterguard is derived from military ceremonies and involves the use of various equipment, dance, and performance. Sapphire Winterguard at Geneseo has been continuously growing since its start, even becoming involved in competitions in the North East Colorguard Circuit. What is most important to note about this club is the way all of the members strive to make each other better.

No experience is needed to join! One of the great things about this club is that time is taken to teach the basics allowing for those new to the sport the opportunity to learn and create a new experience for themselves.
