Following graduation at SUNY Geneseo I moved to Ohio and attended the Methodist Theological School of Ohio.  Graduating with a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Religious Education I returned to the Western NY area where I was a pastor and a college chaplain before moving to NJ becoming the Director of the Hoboken Clergy Coalition Shelter for the Homeless.  Ten years working with the homeless led to my being the Hudson County Director for HIV/AIDS Health Services for 20 years.  I continued to serve urban churches throughout this period until retiring in 2017 and returning to Rochester.  Life has been, and is, a fantastic journey!  SUNY Geneseo Sociology education helped me be willing to explore a variety of venues throughout my life.
