My career as a school psychologist has taken me through various educational levels—elementary, middle, and high school—where I've devoted myself to supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic needs. My journey began in sociology classes at Geneseo, which gave me a deep understanding of social dynamics and human behavior. Those early insights sparked my commitment to helping young people navigate their challenges. This interest led me to pursue an MS/CAS in School Psychology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. As I continued in my career I returned to further my education with an additional CAS in Educational Leadership from SUNY Oswego. Those early classes in sociology at Geneseo affirmed my belief that I wanted to work in human services and guided me toward a path that involves being a part of creating supportive, inclusive environments in schools.
