The State University College at Geneseo is not exempt from the enforcement of state and local laws. Whether on or off campus, students who violate the law are subject to arrest and prosecution. Law enforcement agencies that may respond to incidents include (on campus) are University Police as well as Geneseo Police, Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and the New York State Police.
