Written Questions and College's Official Responses
Written Question | College's Official Response |
Is MWBE a strict requirement on this IFB? | The MWBE goals provided are what the College is striving to achieve in this contract, but the failure to meet them will not disqualify any bids. If the winning bid is unable to achieve those goals, a waiver may be sought. |
Can you please confirm whether a completed SDVOB utilization plan is required even though this is a request for products only? | A completed SDVOB utilization plan is in fact still required, though this is a request for products only. Please complete the form with the utilization percentage you can achieve, and if less than the goal of 6%, a waiver may be sought. |
Can the 'ink' ['wet','original'] signatures and/or the notary requirements be waived? | Due to the dollar threshold, this must be a sealed bid and these requirements cannot be removed. The physically signed and notarized bid may be submitted via email, with a hard copy bid to follow if you are the awarded bidder. |
