Professional Development (PD) Committee
We work with member on the basics of resume writing, professional dress and demeanor, interviewing skills, business correspondence, and networking strategies. It is very important to our organization that our members are equipped with all of the tools needed for achieving success in the business world.
By thoroughly teaching the basic business competencies at an early stage, our members can focus most of their time on building upon those skills as they pursue areas of interest to them. We host professional speakers, development workshops, and networking events right at SUNY Geneseo and have a close relationship with the Business School and the GOLD Program. We encourage AKPsi brothers and Geneseo Alumni to contact us, so we can start building meaningful relationships.
