Bilingual Bingo Night

Students played traditional bingo so that beginning-level students could practice the numbers and letters they had studied.  They also played Lotería, which is similar to bingo, but with photos in which words are defined in Spanish and students have to understand the definition and match it to the photos on their boards. Several students won various prizes.  The event is designed to build confidence in, and enjoyment of, the language as well as support efforts to provide school supplies to disadvantaged students.
