Quote: "I joined ROTC because I have enjoyed serving others for a large portion of my life, volunteering in my community beginning at the age of 7 to getting my first job working for my County’s Highway department when I was 15. I felt that the best way to continue serving the citizens of the United States was to join the Army. I immediately took to the ROTC program here at Geneseo because of the opportunities to challenge myself physically, and to develop myself as a leader. But also because of the camaraderie and bonds I formed with the other Cadets. It is truly a one-of-a-kind experience and one of the best decisions I’ve made!"

I’d highly recommend ROTC to anyone out there looking to get their foot in the door as an officer. It’s arguably the best way to do so."
