Middle States Timeline
- March 2020: Working group membership complete, working group charges delivered
- April 2020: Self Study Design Preparation visit from Middle States VP Liaison
- May 2020: Outline of each chapter, which institutional priorities and outcomes will be included, what documentation is needed
- Fall 2020: Gather documentation, updates to outline, begin writing
- March 15, 2021: First draft of each chapter due; share with steering committee
- April, 2021: Steering committee - “second readers” for Chapters give feedback,
- Summer 2021: Steering committee reads all chapters, second drafts begin
- August 15, 2021: Second draft of each chapter due;
- October 4, 2021: Share with campus (Targeted Meetings) and visiting team chair
- October 18, 2021: Visiting team chair visits campus and reviews self-study draft
- November, 2021: Incorporate feedback, update with most recent data available
- February 2022: Self Study finalized, shared with college community and visiting team
- April 3-6, 2022: Evaluation Team virtual campus visit
