Multicultural Student Success Coaches
Our Multicultural Student Success Coaches are dedicated to fostering student success, retention, and completion. Through mentoring, advocacy, and connection to essential resources, our Success Coaches help bridge equity gaps in retention and graduation rates while contributing to positive outcomes for all students.
Coaches deliver direct student support, collaborates with academic and campus stakeholders, and facilitates programming that enhances academic and personal success Coaches serve as trusted guides for students, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to succeed academically, personally, and professionally.
Services Provided:
- Direct Student Support: Provide holistic advising, monitor student progress through early alert systems, offer peer tutoring, and connect students to campus and community resources.
- Collaboration: Partner with advisors, academic departments, and campus stakeholders to align support services with student needs and encourage participation in both curricular and co-curricular activities.
- Programming: Develop and deliver programs that promote student engagement and success while participating in campus events to build connections with students and departments.
