International Student & Scholar Services Staff
Jennifer Kenyon, Director
Responsibilities: Oversee the ISSS Office, immigration advising for F1 and J1 students and scholars, manage the international student admissions and recruitment process, review admission applications, advise all current and recently graduated international students.
Experience: I previously served as the Director of International Admissions at Oklahoma City University. I earned my master's degree in Public Administration as well as my B.A. in International and Area Studies from the University of Oklahoma. I was an international student myself in college when I studied abroad in Vichy, France. I am so excited to be a part of the wonderful SUNY Geneseo community, and I look forward to working with you!
Hobbies: I love to cook! I also love to travel, to read, to listen to music, and to spend time with my family and our pets.
Jessica Cosimano, Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities: I help new and current international students with basic F1 immigration advising, I assist the director with collecting application materials to be reviewed, assist the director with international orientation and enroll our students in health insurance.
Experience: I have an Associate’s Degree from Monroe Community College, as well as a Certificate in Medical Transcription. Previous to working in the ISSS office, I was a Medical Typist at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehab. I also worked as an Office Assistant in the Office of Admission’s at Geneseo.
About me: I have two daughters, two dogs, and a chicken. My family loves to go camping (in a camper) during the summer with a group of our friends and their kids.
