Group Ownership
Every website has an associated group containing the members who can edit the site. The group also has a Group Owner. Group owners can perform functions that other members are not able to do.
Edit Group
Users can access the group they belong to by clicking on Workbench then on My Sites at the top of the page. Remember you need to be logged in to see the admin toolbar.
A list of groups that you are a member of should show up. If you are an owner of a group, you should see an edit button next to the group. To edit the group details click on the edit button.
On the edit page you can edit group name, change the owner among other edits.
Adding and deleting members
Group owners can add and view members to groups. Click on the dropdown icon next to the edit button and select members. This will take you to a view of all members of the group.
Once on the member's view, click the "Add member" button to add a member.
To remove a member from the group, click on the dropdown button next to "view member" and select "remove member".
