Why study biophysics at Geneseo?

Students in this interdisciplinary program learn principles of physics through a curriculum that builds strong quantitative and analytical skills. They are advised and taught by faculty from the departments of biology, chemistry and physics and offered many opportunities for undergraduate research.

The major prepares students for graduate study and careers in biophysics, such as research jobs in industry and at national laboratories.
