EVALUATION PROCEDURES:
The
final grade for this course will be based upon two in-class exams, a
comprehensive final exam, homework, and group in-class assignments. The
in-class exams are scheduled for Monday, February16 and Wednesday, March 24,
though these dates may change by a class or two. The final exam is scheduled
for Friday, April 30 at

MAKE-UP POLICY:
A
make-up exam will be given only if I am supplied with a verifiable medical
excuse or arrangements have been made prior to the scheduled exam.
COURSE CONTENTS:
This
course covers most of the first 6 chapters of the text. A complete outline of the contents of the
course will be given in class.
