The results are listed by last 4 digits of your SS#. The order is randomized.
In the third column is your extrapolated course grade. This assumes that you will maintain your current level of performance in each of the three categories on the syllabus: exams, homework, and quizzes, etc. However, note that there may be a bit of readjustment at the end of the semester (as is common in classes of this size and level). In particular, I may readjust the weights of the three categories.
