The Office of Strategic Initiatives works collaboratively across divisions to advance the access, outcomes, experiences, and infrastructure and financial sustainability established in the college’s 2022-2027 Strategic Plan. The Project Director for Strategic Initiatives works closely with campus constituents to build and manage a new programming pipeline. This pipeline will include both credit-bearing and non-credit bearing programming. As new programming emerges, infrastructures must be updated and implemented as needed to support new learning opportunities. As we move forward with our institutional vision of an equity-centered honors college, the office of strategic initiatives assists in the college’s efforts to expand the Geneseo experience to a wider range of students.
