Joshua Turner is a PhD Candidate at the University at Buffalo and has been an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations since 2022. He also holds a M.A. in International Relations from the American University School of International Service, M.S. in Education from Utica University, and his B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Utica University.
Joshua has taught courses in a number of different subfields (International Relations, Public Law, Theory, Comparative) as well as courses in philosophy here at Geneseo and at Utica University. His research interests include international law, American foreign policy, international security, and global governance.
