Roots (Vegan Station)

This station is our dedicated vegan station offering plant-based options that will be of interest even to people without dietary restrictions.

 

Clean Eats

A student employee serves a guest at the Clean Eats station in Red Jacket Dining Complex.

Nutritious and delicious dishes that are free of the top 9 allergens (milk, eggs, fish, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and sesame).

 

Twisted Fork

Experience a bounty of chef-driven culinary offerings at this station in the central dining area on the ground floor.

 

American Grill

Comfort food at its finest! This station offers an assortment of traditional favorites infused with modern style.

Starting in Fall 2024, orders for the grill will be taken via the mobile ordering app or on the kiosk next to the register.
