Kosher-Style Dining
Kosher-Style Dining
Staying kosher at college doesn't have to be a struggle. Letchworth Dining Complex located on the north side of campus is home to Nabali, our kosher-style station. Nabali has a dedicated kosher-style kitchen that provides students with build-your-own menu items every day as well as brunch on weekends. This station is a completely self-contained area with its own dishwasher, stove, oven, vegetable prep area, refrigerator, storage, utensils, and cooking equipment. All of the equipment, food or other items that enter Nabali must be approved to maintain its kosher status. Nabali is a non-dairy kitchen and offers paper plates. In addition to Nabali, CAS will continue to work with Hillel to coordinate meals during high holidays.
Kosher-Sourced Menu Items
In addition to the offerings at our Nabali Station, we offer a selection of Kosher-sourced menu items across campus. These products, sourced from a certified Kosher manufacturer, include soups served daily at our three main pay-one-price locations, kosher-sourced deli meats like salami at Books & Bites, Mary's, and Red Jacket, as well as other retail items like frozen kosher certified meals available at Market North in the Letchworth Dining Complex.
