SUNY Geneseo has again been selected as one of the nation's best institutions for undergraduate education by The Princeton Review. The education services company features Geneseo in its 2020 edition of The Best 385 Colleges. About 13 percent of America's four-year colleges profiled in the book.
Geneseo also appears on Princeton Review’s Best Regional Colleges list for the Northeast and their most recent 399 Green Colleges list. Colleges that appear on these lists are not in a ranked order.
"We picked the 385 ‘best' colleges for our book primarily for their outstanding academics; we highly recommend each one," said Robert Franek, The Princeton Review's editor-in-chief and lead author. The guide also relies on surveys of 138,000 students who attend the colleges included in the annual guides.
Published annually since 1992, the Princeton Review is a New York-based company known for its test preparation, education, and college admission services. The Review not affiliated with Princeton University.
