Veteran/ Military Affiliated Support Services Coordinator- Jaime M. Arena
At SUNY Geneseo, we have a designated Veteran/Military-Affiliated Support Services Coordinator here to assist in any capacity a veteran could need. As a Veteran, Professional Advisor, and success Coach, Jaime is dedicated to helping our veterans/military-affiliated members and their dependents navigate their way through the college experience. If you need anything or want to stop by and say hi, she is located in the Office of Advising Erwin 106E.

Benefits Advisor and Certifying Official- Sandra Argentieri
The Military/Veterans and Dependents Benefits Advisor is located within the Office of Student Accounts, Erwin 103. Sandra and her team are happy to help you obtain education benefits and answer your billing related questions.

With a strong commitment to those who have served, she is dedicated to curating veteran-specific career resources that provide comprehensive support. Through her ongoing efforts, she aims to ensure that veterans have the tools and assistance needed to achieve their career goals.

Need to take a leave of absence?
We understand that many things can disrupt a veteran/military student's educational journey, such as being deployed, having other reserve responsibilities, or figuring out if school is right for you after being discharged from active duty. Lisa works with students who need to take leave, formally withdraw from the college, or apply to return and complete a degree. It is her goal to ensure that students are fully informed and supported as they make these decisions. If you need help, Lisa is your person!
