Quick Facts about the Nicaragua Education Fund

These funds are donated to a school in El Castillo, Nicaragua

Hippies for Hope is partially sponsoring a Nicaraguan woman named Gixa. This will be our third year supporting Gixa. 

She is studying to become a nurse to help her community. 

The students funded by this program are college aged students. 

Quick Facts about Hippies for Hope

We are one of 6 branches in different colleges, and we are working on a 7th!

Branches are found in Ballston Spa, New Paltz, Locust Valley, Cortland, Berkley, (soon to be) Cornell, and of course Geneseo!

Though we may all be donating to different charities, like SEGA school for girls, Shule Ya Msingi Elementary School, Nicaragua Education Fund, we all aim to make a change globally and locally.
