Campus Auxiliary Service at SUNY Geneseo Earns Distinguished National Recognition for the 2024 NACUFS Nutrition and Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards.

The National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) organization recognizes institutions who creatively showcase their special diet offerings and it celebrates exemplary menus, presentations, special event planning, and new dining concepts. This year NACUFS announced Campus Auxiliary Services (CAS) as the recipient of two silver awards for the 2024 NACUFS Nutrition category of Special Diet Recipe of the Year (Lentil Tostada with Poblano Corn Salsa; Spicy Black Bean Quinoa Burger with Mango Salsa), and a gold award for the Loyal E.
