Three new officers were elected at the April 28 Geneseo Foundation Board meeting. July 1 will start a three-year term for the following officers: Robert Walley '83, chair; Clare Cusack '96, vice chair; and Jessica Blair '00, secretary. Robert Murray '83 will continue to serve as treasurer.
Walley is a principal with Deloitte's financial services practice and currently leads their Advisory Securities and Exchange Industry services, focused on the Regulatory and Capital Markets marketplace assisting clients to operationalize rules, regulations, and controls. He joined the Geneseo Foundation Board in 2015 and is completing his second term.
Cusack is the president and CEO of the New York Bankers Association (NYBA), the premier trade association for the banking industry in New York State. She is the first woman to serve as the association’s leader in its 128-year history, tasked with guiding New York’s banks through one of the most challenging and transformative periods in banking history. Cusack joined the Geneseo Foundation Board in 2016 and is completing her second term.
Blair is the director of major and planned giving for the Clean Air Task Force (CATF). She brings more than 20 years of fundraising experience to CATF’s efforts to empower individual donors to help advance durable and resilient solutions to climate change. She joined the Geneseo Foundation Board in 2020 and is completing her first term.
