The Princeton Review has named SUNY Geneseo as a Best Value College for 2024.

Geneseo is among 209 outstanding institutions chosen for the designation, based on a survey of administrators at 650 institutions. Survey topics covered the schools’ academic offerings, cost, financial aid, career services, graduation rates, and student debt.

“We highly recommend the schools that made our Best Value Colleges list for 2024,” said Rob Franek, editor-in-chief of The Princeton Review. “They share three compelling distinctions. All provide outstanding academics. All support their undergraduates with stellar career services. All demonstrate impressive commitments to affordability via extremely generous financial aid for students with need and/or a comparatively low sticker price.”

The Princeton Review’s summary of Geneseo notes that the College attracts students searching for a “quality education at an affordable price,” and that undergraduate students describe an academics-focused school offering “challenging but rewarding” courses taught by faculty who are “here to teach and prepare students for the real world.” Geneseo is consistently known for having a tight-knit community of intelligent and kind individuals who support each other.
