SUNY Geneseo has been named one of the 200 Best Value Colleges for 2021 for undergraduate education by The Princeton Review for students seeking a superb education with great career preparation at an affordable price.

Geneseo is also recognized on The Best 386 Colleges list and Best Northeastern Colleges list.

Published annually since 1992, The Princeton Review is a New York-based company known for its test preparation, education, and college admission services. The Review not affiliated with Princeton University. For the 2021 lists, the Review selected 200 out of more than 650 institutions the company considered for the list, examining data from surveys of students attending the schools as well as academics, cost, financial aid and graduation rates, student debt, alumni salaries, and job satisfaction. All of the Princeton Review lists are published digitally for 2021.

"The schools we name as our Best Value Colleges for 2021 comprise only just over 1 percent of the nation's four-year colleges," noted Robert Franek, The Princeton Review editor-in-chief. "They are distinctive in their programs, size, region, and type, yet they are similar in three areas. Every school we selected offers outstanding academics, generous financial aid and/or a relatively low cost of attendance, and stellar career services. We salute SUNY Geneseo for these exceptional offerings."
