In the June 3, 2018, issue of the Chronicle of Higher Education, SUNY Geneseo was recognized as the top SUNY institution–and number 10 in the nation–for four-year public college graduation rates.
Geneseo beat out Binghamton University for the top SUNY slot, with SUNY ESF coming in at number three.
Among four-year public institutions nationwide, Geneseo appears in the top 10 alongside the likes of College of William and Mary, the College of New Jersey, and much larger institutions such as the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of California at Berkeley.
