Midday Mindfulness - weekly drop-in Zoom class

All members of the campus community are invited to attend Midday Mindfulness, a NEW weekly mindfulness class via Zoom!

Midday Mindfulness is a weekly drop-in class offered TUESDAYS, 12:00-12:30 pm via Zoom. This short mindful reset will include a combination of breathing, seated yoga stretches, and mindfulness meditation. Anyone in the Geneseo campus community (students, faculty, staff) is free to attend with the link below.

Fall classes on Tuesdays will run from September 10th through December 10th (no class during Fall Break, 10/15). Also available: Mindful Yoga for Mental Health, a weekly yoga class on Fridays. 

Join via the link below. You will need to sign on no later than 12:05 pm and wait for the host to let you into the Zoom meeting.

The class is instructed by Dr. Beth Cholette (she/her), Assistant Director for Counseling Services. Beth is both a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered yoga instructor.
