Student Health and Counseling invites all students to attend Midday Mindfulness, a NEW weekly mindfulness class via Zoom! This short mindful reset includes a combination of breathing, seated yoga stretches, and mindfulness meditation.

Weekly drop-in classes are held on Tuesdays, 12:00-12:30 pm via Zoom. We encourage faculty and staff to attend as a means to encourage students, to cultivate community, to support a sense of belonging, and to promote healthy wellbeing.

Fall classes on Tuesdays will run from September 10th through December 10th. Also available: Mindful Yoga for Mental Health, a weekly yoga class on Fridays.

Join via the link below. You will need to sign on no later than 12:05 pm and wait for the host to let you into the Zoom meeting.
