Student Health and Counseling invites all students to attend Midday Mindfulness, a monthly mindfulness class via Zoom! This short mindful reset includes a combination of breathing, seated yoga stretches, and mindfulness meditation.
Monthly drop-in classes are held on the first Tuesday of each month, 12:00-12:30 pm via Zoom. We encourage faculty and staff to attend as a means to encourage students, to cultivate community, to support a sense of belonging, and to promote healthy wellbeing.
Spring sessions will be held on the following Tuesdays: will run from February 4, March 4, April 1, and May 6. Also available: Mindful Yoga for Mental Health, a weekly yoga class on Fridays.

The class is instructed by Dr. Beth Cholette (she/her), Assistant Director for Counseling Services. Beth is both a licensed clinical psychologist and a registered yoga instructor.
