Leadership Skills Certificate
The Leadership Skills (Bronze) Certificate provides an introduction to new perspectives on leaders and leadership, suggests pathways for personal growth and development, and offers a range of individual and group leadership and life skills.
The Bronze Certificate will be awarded upon completion of eight workshops, including the four required workshops (Leadership Concepts, Listening Skills, Time Management, & Personal Development Session), and submission of journal reflections for each workshop.

Practicing Leadership Certificate
The Practicing Leadership (Silver) Certificate offers additional skill development, assists students in higher level group development, explores the range of personal learning and leadership styles, and helps students discover their strengths and effective leadership practices.
The Silver Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the Bronze Certificate and eight silver workshops, including the four required workshops (Leadership Styles, Running Effective Meetings, Team Building, & Practicing and Applying Relational Leadership), and submission of journal reflections for each workshop.

Personal Leadership Model Certificate
The Personal Leadership Model (Gold) Certificate provides opportunities to explore a wide variety of leadership theories and models. It examines individual leadership theories, assists students in developing a personal leadership model, and requires students to demonstrate an understanding of a minimum of eight of the major leadership theories. The Gold designated theory workshops may not be offered every semester.
The Gold Certificate will be awarded upon completion of the bronze and silver certificates and eight gold level workshops, including the four required workshops (Leadership Identity Development, History of Leadership, Learn How Your Leadership Practices are Viewed by Others, & Developing A Personal Leadership Model) submission of journal reflections for the eight workshops, and a Personal Leadership Model reflection paper.
