Chef Jonna Anne, CEC

Chef Anne is a Certified Executive Chef.  She received degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Food and Nutrition before attending Ecole de Arts in Ecully, France and attending the Culinary Enrichment and Innovation Program at the Culinary Institute of America.  

 

Chef Chris Mejia

Chef Mejia graduated from the Midwest Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State and has won several medals from American Culinary Federation sanctioned culinary competitions.

 

Chef Drew Lombardi

Chef Lombardi graduated from Johnson & Wales' Culinary program and has worked in several restaurants throughout his career.

 

Chef Alec Stanton

Chef Stanton graduated from Johnson & Wales and has won awards for his creative vegan dishes.

 

Chef Jimmy Klein

Chef Klein graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and has spent several years in the restaurant industry.
