Human Resources Management
Why study human resources management at Geneseo?
This minor provides students with knowledge and skills that can help them be an effective people manager. Students interested in an HRM career will be well prepared for entry-level HR jobs. Students with career interests in other areas (such as accounting, marketing, finance, economics, psychology, communication) will grow their understanding for and appreciation of the value that HR brings to organizations, which can provide an edge during their job search.
