by value of (total) trade or by percent of total trade. (Note:
"total trade" means imports plus exports.) Be

Write an essay describing how and why your country protects trade.
Is your country a GATT member? What tariff policies does your country
have? Are there nontariff barriers? (I would suggest that this
needs to be, at minimum, two pages in length to have any sort of
adequate coverage of the topic.) Be
